A big multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for a Customer Service Specialist to join its headquarters in Prague.
Job description:
- Order management
- Cooperation with internal contacts and external customers for on-time delivery
- Logistic support
- Receiving, managing and resolving customer enquiries concerning products, product availability, general information
- Database work, cooperation with other teams
We require:
- High school/University education
- min. 1 year work experience in customer service (big international company is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of DUTCH and communicative ENGLISH
