Job description:
• Advising managers in HR areas such as labour law matters, orga changes, etc.
• Responsibility for recruitment and development of employees within the defined area of responsibility
• Ensure the implementation of HR policies and processes such as recruitment, training, development, compensation
• Cooperation on projects in the field of HR marketing
Your profile:
• Two years of experience in recruitment/HR BP role
• Good knowledge of Czech labor law
• Participation in HR marketing projects is an advantage
• Fluent English and Czech
• At least a Bachelor's degree from college economic / humanities
