Our client is the global automotive company, preferred partner of the world's largest automakers. For its Europe Division we look for the experienced candidate for the position of Packaging Improvement Coordinator. The position is based in Plzen.
The role of the Packaging Improvement Coordinator is to drive the development and implementation of efficient packaging solutions with the division.
The main missions of the role are to proactively lead benchmarking and innovation initiatives to support competitive advantage; design packaging solutions to improve the effectiveness and safety of the operations; define deployment objectives on an annual basis and build up action plans in cooperation with the plants; maintain & develop the technology and process standards related to Packaging.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering
• Experiences in packaging/logistics/etc at least 5 years
• Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication, overseas experience a plus
• Active knowledge of English
• Knowledge of safety and quality matters
• Ability to work with a 3D design software
