We are looking for a candida tewith acute interest in Management Consulting who wants to specialize in the fields of Business Transformation & Operations. Our team specializes in optimization in manufacturing, procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, operational business restructuring, cost cutting and sales force effectiveness and delivers projects for clients in Western and Central Europe.
Responsibilities
Delivering entrusted streams within larger projects – an ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to contribute to successful project delivery. Performing analyses on client and market data and drawing insightful conclusions about what the client should do and how. Preparing reports and summarizing findings in a well-structured and easily understandable way. Providing appropriate assistance to senior colleagues during client presentations.
Requirements
- A graduate with up to 2 years of experience or a student about to graduate within 6 months
- Highly motivated and proactive person with the ability to focus and deliver under stress
- Curiosity about the inner workings of various businesses
- Responsible and able to work efficiently without direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent working PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Full time availability
- Willingness to travel
- Working experience or student exposure to Operations topics is a big advantage
- Management consulting experience is a big advantage
- Understanding of or practical experience with data mining, databases (SQL), quantitative analytical methods and data visualization is a big advantage
