For our client, an international company, leader in ICT, we are currently looking for a top level senior programs manager for a position of: HEAD OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMS Place of work: Prague The position is suitable for senior infrastructure program managers with international experience.
TASKS
• Deliver portfolio of infrastructure change programs and components in line with IT Services
• Direct a Program / Project Portfolio overseeing all IT Services infrastructure related change programs.
• Build a team with competency and capacity to deliver a portfolio of large infrastructure change programs
• Establish infrastructure change programs and project management as a key competency of ITS
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Establish a program and project management standard and ensure its deployment across the PdS organization (in alignment with Service Delivery and ITS Shared Services function)
• Determine a set of methodologies for pre-defined program purposes, e.g. TFCW for process optimization programs. In collaboration with Sourcing Mgt., ensure relevant knowledge is available (internally and/or externally)
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven track record of successful program management and program portfolio management in a corporate IT environment
• Strong leadership and change management skills to oversee successful planning, execution, coordination and controlling of large transformation initiatives
• IT Project / Program Management leading large transformation programs (100+ staff under management)
• Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist based, high performing and multi-cultural team
• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or Business Administration. MBA an advantage.
