Supplier Quality Engineer (automotive)

Ford Motor Company is searching for the highly motivated people to fill the challenging positions in its STA (Supplier Technical Assistance) division.
The position is available throughout ALL REGIONS of the Czech Republic
Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier Quality assessments to support sourcing process and new site development to Q1
• Lead supplier APQP for selected components with updates of FMEA, SPC and Control Plan
• Supplier Quality assessments to support sourcing process and new site development
• Establish and validate PPAP
• Improve supplier quality system and drive suppliers for continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence
• Drive supplier concern resolution on site
Qualification Required:
• University degree on Mechanical/Material Engineering or Electrical and Electronics
• Experience in automotive production or manufacturing on electronic components
• Experience on Quality assurance methods and disciplines in the automotive sector
• Experience with launching of new projects for OEM
• Very good command of English
• Other language, as German, will be an advantage, but not necessary
• Willing to travel more than 70% of the time
• Good communication skills and learning approach
