world-wide operating company in the field of commercial real estate is currently looking to recruit a detailed and thorough person for the position of Valuer. The position falls within the department of Valuation and Advisory with you reporting directly to the Head of the department. The company would appreciate the possibility of an early start.
Substantial part of your day-to-day activities will involve professional valuation work for clients and ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with all relevant requirements and standards, especially to RICS ones. You will work under required deadlines and an utmost accuracy and professionalism is expected. Even though active business development is not demanded, the skill to identify a potential business opportunity and cross-selling will be appreciated and rewarded.
