Our client, who represents the European base for the production of sound technology for the automotive is currently seeking suitable candidate for the position of Project manager.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and dynamic personality to perform a role of Project Manager for new product development and implementation in our production plant.
Responsibilities:
- project coordination and introduction from RFQ phase, planning and controlling activities
- developing project strategy
- building and securing relationship between development center and factory
- leading project team members, tracking and transferring design changes during new product implementation
- preparing Quote Management process and quoting to sales departments
- communication with abroad development offices especially in German, Japan and USA
- customer window person when required
- close cooperation with Sales departments
- managing overall project budgets
- upper management reporting
Requirements:
- post-secondary education or University degree, ideally in technical field
- fluent English (daily use)
- project management experience
- financial knowledge
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- good organizational skills and personal drive
- analytical thinking
- highly adaptable in restrictive situations
- primary orientation on company goals and targets
- ability to perform well under stressful conditions
- driving licence B
