Role description:
Purpose of this role is to provide excellent product presentation and great personal customer experience of the product with all it’s benefits and advantages. Presentations are organised on individual or group basis, using given tools and promotion materials. He/She will present all products with excellent understanding for products and with aim to build loyal customer group. Sales Consultant will also train selected group of employees to help them develop and being expert in Apple knowledge and recognition. He/She will maintain the merchandising site, quality and appearance of the Apple Shop to give the customer and Reseller the best possible experience. Monitoring performance results and inventory levels are also crucial . Monitoring trends of competition market.
ualification required:
Previous experience in retail, in store/field sales
Enthusiasm for sales of hi-tech products
Provide superb customer service
Remarkable communication and presentation skills
Ability to use technical jargon as same as transfer it to regular speech
Self driven individual with convince skills
Very good organizational skills
