Requirements: Fluent English and Czech,
4+ years in people management,
experience in HORECA segment is an advantage,
knowledge of contact center management tools and performance metrics with the ability to innovate/improve,
be able to understand what motivates individuals,
strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
