Customer Service Process Lead

Your new company For our international client, a successful and expanding pharmaceutical company located in Prague, we are seeking a right candidate for a job position of Customer Service Process Lead. Your new role You will be responsible for designing, implementing, developing and optimising processes (order management, invoicing, complaint) to improve the customers experience and the efficiency of the CS team supporting EMEA. Also you will be developing and maintaining SOP’s and Working Instructions to ensure service excellence as well as KPI’s improvement. You will work within the team members to teach and support them. You will perform front-line analysis and driving root-cause analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience of customers service in a customers focused organization, have an experience with process development and creating analysis. Excellent communication, leading, reporting and presentation skills are highly required. The candidate should be methodical, analytical and accurate with a positive attitude who is result driven. Experience with ERP required. He needs to be fluent in English.
