Sales Manager - Cardio

For our client, an international original pharmaceutical company, we are looking for experienced professional for the Sales Manager position.
Requirements:
* University Degree in Sciences or Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics Studies
* Min. 2-3 years’ experience on this or similar position
* Experience in Cardio segment is a big plus
* Fluent knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English language
* Sales oriented person with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong personality
* Leadership experience is must
* Driving license and willing to travel across the Czech Republic
Key responsibilities:
* Leading of the sales team and management of their activities in CZ
* Launching and responsibility for a new product
* Fulfilment of the sales plans
* Forecasting, budgeting and analysis of market trends
* Training, evaluating and control of sales team (Product Specialist)
* Intensive communication with sales and marketing departments
* Reporting to BUM
