Customer Relations Coordinator

Our client is international producer and distributor FMCG products, who is looking for suitable candidate with excellent English for position of Manager for Customer Care.
Main responsibilities:
Close cooperation with customer care centres, call centres, marketing and sales department, quality department,
transmition of major information from department of customer care (based abroad) to marketing/sales department,
training of new colleagues in customer care centres and their motivation,
crisis management - in case of issues be able to secure prompt communication with customer, solve the problem with the specific departments,
focus on improving the standard of service provided to customers.
Requirements: Fluent English,
university degree,
min 2 years of relevant commercial experience,
strong organizational skills,
perfect communication skills,
experience in FMCG is an advantage,
driving license B.
