IT Support with Polish

Our client is a global leader in quality, safety, inspections and tests with strong focus on environmental and social responsibility. Because of further growth of the internal support, we are currently looking for a new team member with Polish language to small IT Support team.
Your new role
On this position you will be providing a global helpdesk service to all offices and home workers with a strong focus on a Polish speaking colleagues. You will be responsible for solving IT issues in all basic applications according to your personal and team SLAs and deadlines. On a daily basis you will be in intensive contact with you colleagues both via phone, e-mail and also by using the internal ticketing system. You can be also a part of new projects and process migrations if needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a motivated candidate with previous experience in customer support or IT field, preferably from a similar role in technical support within SSC or BPO company. Advanced understanding of IT support principles and excellent communication skills are expected, fully professional English and Polish is a must.
