Project or Construction Manager to supervise the coordination of subcontractors at a Commercial project

Your new role
Our client has recently opened a role for a proactive and detailed Construction Manager to secure the construction phase of one of their projects. The client builds their projects through Construction Management and not through General Contractor which means the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record from this very area. You absolutely must have the ability to coordinate a multiplicity of sub-contractors, create and continuously adjust the time schedule, control their work and see over the invoicing process as well. The client expects a resourceful candidate that will utilize his previous experience by coming up with new ideas, solutions and scenarios.
What you'll need to succeed
A fitting candidate will be a university graduate with degree in Civil Engineering and a proven track record of at least five years. You should have experience from the area of commercial development, however, the client would also consider project or site manager from a construction firm. The absolute pre-requisite is, then, the ability to manage the sub-contractors. A fluent knowledge of English is a must as well as the ability to represent the company when dealing with other parties (consultancies, tenants).
