Our international client, prestige cosmetic company is currently looking for dynamic and experienced candidate with retail background and passion for beauty care. The core competencies on this position are sales, training and developing sales skills of employees in stores, monitoring and reporting all training activities and sales activities.
Requirements for candidates:
• previous experience on position Store manager and training employees for min. 3 years,
• previous experience in cosmetic industry is big advantage,
• highly interested in beauty care,
• sales skilled and oriented,
• excellent communication, presentation and organizing skills,
• great motivator and role model,
• energetic, flexible and independent.
