Be the architect of your own team
As Senior Manager, you join our Business Service Operations (BSO) in a newly established service centre that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group. From 3 central locations in Mexico, Singapore and the Czech Republic, our purpose is to create an agile and effective platform to support the strategy of reaching twice as many children over the next 5-7 years. You will join the unit in Kladno, Czech Republic, where you will be responsible for processes related to accounts payable (AP) and travel expenses management (TEM), setting up and leading a new team of +60 people, including 7 leaders. More specifically, you will:

- Build, manage and develop your own team, driving a high-performing, customer- and service-oriented culture and promoting collaboration, coherence, transition and process excellence through simplicity and agility
- Implement, execute and optimise functional AP and TEM processes in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, ensuring global standardisation and connection to other areas within the LEGO Group
- Ensure scalability and adaptability by identifying areas of improvement in our processes and deliverables
- Manage complex stakeholders, establish strong collaborations with local business units and work closely together with the BSO leader group

Having a vital role in establishing the new service centre setup, you will be trusted to make decisions, do what is right, and get things done to the highest possible quality. You will become part of a globally connected community where the focus is on setting up the new service centre. Solid experience with leading people and processes
To succeed, you are able to effectively drive performance management while also being an excellent networker with great inter-personal and negotiation skills who can communicate with various stakeholders across functions, business units and cultures. A visionary and charismatic leader, you can attract the right people and build trust among stakeholders. You have a global mind-set and understand how BSO can help in innovating and globalising the LEGO Group.

Your qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience within finance / accounts payable
- 5+ years of experience leading larger teams and preferably also leaders in a multinational corporation
- A strong track record of achievements, demonstrating deep financial knowledge leading to measureable business results
- Solid knowledge of SAP and a higher degree within Finance, Economics and/or Accounting
- Complete fluency in English and a wish to travel 20-30 days globally a year
