Your new role
As an HRIS Expert User you will be part of global team of more than 1100 people in more than 70 countries and you will be in daily contact with Global HR Partners and System Users/Administrators. Strong focus on this role would be on excellent service and internal customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities:
- Administrate and support of SuccessFactors functionalities and modules
- Daily work with Employee Central, Leave and Absence, Performance and Goal Management etc.
- Sharing know-how with HR Business Partners and HR Business Key users to understand and manage the system
- Preparation and delivery of needed guidelines, documentation, training and presentations
- Responsibility for integrity of data maintained and permission management
- Responsible for system upgrades and testing - Problem solving of data related issues
What you'll need to succeed
- Min. 2+ years on a related role in data management, project management or process maintenance
- Experience in administration of SuccessFactors (SAP) or HR focused module of other ERP system
- Previous HR or system implementation experience in an advantage
- Proven IT skills on professional level (Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, PPT, OneNote, SharePoint, Lotus Notes)
- Excellent level of written and spoken English is a must - Bachelor Degree in HR or IT field is preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Pro-active working approach with ability to learn
