Job duties:
• Providing phone and email support to customers and clients.
• Communication with key partners on IT market (managers, IT managers) provide expert support and knowledge to IT managers, technical staff
• Set-up product presentations and core product materials
• Be able to increase sales result corresponding to sales strategy
• Cooperation with regional teams, sharing technical/business information
• Direct responsibility for technical matters connected to account management
• Cooperation with other departments on selected projects and trainings
• Ability to translate technical product information.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer/client satisfaction
• Identify sales opportunities in close cooperation with marketing department
We require:
• Strong experience in IT industry in similar role (3 – 5 years)
• University degree, preferably in technical or ICT/IT industry
• Very good knowledge of IT management issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English and German language both on advanced level
• Orientation in network systems/operations, mobile operation systems, cloud or virtualisation on advance
• Ability to travel occasionally
