My client is an international manufacturer of exhaust and engineered systems for the automotive sector. It is a global company with many plants across their international network. As part of their flagship production facility in Brandýs nad Labem, Czech Republic, they have a centralised IT department which also is responsible for centralised global IT functions. Responsibilities:

In terms of internally and externally utilised web-publishing, our client is currently in a period of expansion and increasingly utilising MS SharePoint as a technology to drive information sharing across its business network. We are currently seeking a Global MS SharePoint Administrator who will coordinate the growth of this platform as a springboard for intra-company publishing.

You will be responsible for communication and needs analysis with business leaders. Be the key company contact regarding; administration of MS SharePoint, launching new company websites, content management, website functionality, multiple website links and interactions, social functionality and more. We are looking for someone who will drive an off-shore external vendor developing the MS SharePoint functionality across group sites. Take responsibility and ownership for quality in content management, functionality and ultimately for the growth of the platform itself.

We require:

• University Education from an IT or technical background is a strong advantage here
• 5 years plus experience in the professional IT environment
• 3 years plus active experience MS SharePoint administration
• Experience in SharePoint development will be an advantage, but we are primarily seeking administration experience
• Experience with business analysis, needs analysis with internal/external clients will be a strong advantage for this role
• Experience with communication with external IT vendors will also be an advantage
• Client orientated work ethic
• Quality and detail orientated related to site functionality and content presentation
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent written and spoken)
