Export Customer Service Manager with English and German for the brewery company in Krušovice

Our client is one of the largest brewery companies in Europe with more than 200 products (beer and cider brands) internationally. In Czech republic, our client owns three breweries and is leading beer exporter. For the division of Logistics and Distribution based in Krušovice region, our client is currently looking for the enthusiastic leader and logistics expert for the role of Export Customer Service Manager.
Your new role
On this position, you will be responsible for management and daily leadership of Customer Service team of 6 people with strong focus on Export and international customers. You manage relationship with long-term clients and business partners and you will be in a daily contact and close cooperation with other company´s departments, mainly warehouse, manufacture, logistics etc. As a Export Customer Service Manager you will be also playing a key role in many operations and processes connected to project management, optimization, cost savings, and you will be responsible for continues process improvement with strong focus on a high quality of the service.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous leadership experience and proven people management qualities
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Export
- Professional English is must, at least communicative German is also expected
- Advanced PC skills, excellent command of ERP SW (preferably SAP, BW)
- Experience in project management or process improvement (Six Sigma certification would be appreciated)
- Professional communication skills and ability to provide excellent client care, previous experience in Customer Service or Order Management it advantageous
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Active driver
- Motivation and interest in brewery field, ability to work in Krušovice region and travel occasionally
