HR Service Desk Director BSO

You will join a leadership team of 6, which will head the transition of our current HR and Finance processes to BSO in Czech Republic and build a world-class multifunctional service delivery set-up close to the business. As Director, you lead the teams for Recruitment Support and Service desk.

As such, you are responsible for the global processes covering the EMEA region around service desk and recruitment support, and your role will focus on:

- Promoting strong leadership and driving people and team development
- Ensuring global adherence to the global standardized process and continuous improvement
- Cross-regional collaboration and best practice sharing with the Business Service Operations sites in Monterrey and Singapore
- Establishing a high-performing, customer centric and service oriented culture and promoting collaboration, coherence, process excellence, quality and fun across the various teams in the BSO

This is a unique opportunity to help build a new, shared service set-up. Succeeding with the transition, transformation and ramp-up requires a strong focus on leadership, people development, process excellence, change management and capability building. To facilitate this, you use your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships, and you influence and partner with key stakeholders to achieve common goals.

- Have strong leadership experience at senior management level along with a strong track record of operating or implementing a multifunctional shared service centre or equivalent
- Hold a relevant master's degree, preferably focusing on process development
- Understand change leadership mechanisms and have solid business and analytical skills
- Have the flexibility to travel 30-40 days per year
- Communicate effortlessly in English - both in speech and writing
