Your new role
As a successful candidate, you will be participating on various short-term and long-term projects with the main focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. The main responsibilities will include coordination of project teams, , communication with other employees within the company (IT team, managers) as well as the external ones, providing expert consulting and proposing complex solutions for process, organization and systems issues. The Process Lead will be also in charge of a quality check and process reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Banking and perfect knowledge of financial processes (and preferably also IT systems for finance). Previous experience with transition/knowledge transfer and process improvement is required. Knowledge of MS Office and HPQC project controlling tool is a big plus. We are looking for a candidate with Business English and great communication, problem solving and time management skills. Certification in Project Management discipline is an advantage.
