Your new role
Solve requests for support from internal customers in a professional manner with strong focus on a quality and client satisfaction.
Allocates unresolved issues according to the internal escalation procedures.
Take responsibility for the communication with users from the start till the end of the problem solving case.
Searches documentation and previous requests for assistance on related topics to establish possible solutions to calls.
Maintenance all information and data in a tracking system.
Maintains and reports up to date and accurate inventory information on the organization’s IT assets.
What you'll need to succeed
Strongly customer-oriented personality with good communication skills
Previous technical experience, IT background or Education
Excellent level of English & Swedish (both written and spoken)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
