Your new role
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for supervising GL team. The main responsibilities will also include management of team members and their daily tasks, participation in daily GL activities, various reporting for internal as well as external partners and monitoring of KPIs. The GL supervisor will also communicate with clients and be in charge of staff selection and training process.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as (deputy) team lead/supervisor and at least 3 years of experience on GL position. Successful candidate is at least upper intermediate in English language and has experience with ERP financial systems and advanced knowledge of Excel. We are looking for a responsible and stress resistant person with good communication and team leading skills, analytical thinking and strong accounting skills. Knowledge of Czech accounting standards is required.
