For our client, on of the world´s fastest growing software companies, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Technical Support of Business Intelligence Platform.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for application and technical support, system tracking, and and determination the nature of the customer´s issues including functional analysis, program analysis, testing and debugging if needed. You will be solving all software issues related to the Business Intelligence Platform of Analytical software (very specific part of the ERP software product).
What you'll need to succeed
The suitable candidate for this role needs to have previous working experience in BI, Performance Management or Reporting and Data Analyses so he/she is able to understand the core problem and find the right solution to fulfil customer needs. Relevant education (B.Sc. in Business Administration or IT) is preferred. Previous experience and good understanding of using any of usual ERP software is also essential. Highly professional IT skills and excellent English is needed.
