Integration Expert of Telecommunication Services

Our client, global telco group, is currently seeking suitable candidate for the position of Expert service speed optimization. This role is within newly established international team of Service Integration & Optimization, which integrates and optimizes mobile and convergent products and networks focusing on customer experience. This team also validates and improves the quality of services during their introduction projects across EU. Team acts as customers’ advocate ensuring the quality of services from a use case, charging, performance and usability point of view.
Your tasks:
In international work teams you will validate and integrate new voice and messaging services. You check the compliance of the delivered new features and services with marketing requirements and put yourself into the shoes of our customers to evaluate service quality. You
- help to ensure best service quality at market launch.
- draft test case specifications, execute tests and document your test results.
- track and analyze defects and follow them up within the project.
- share results proactively and help ensuring effective work relationships with partners in across Europe.
Your profile:
We expect some work experience for candidates with technical college or university degree within mobile communications industry, electrical engineering or information technology or 2-4 year work experience in relevant fields. In particular you
- know how to evaluate products with respect to functionality and customer experience.
- know how voice and messaging services in mobile and fixed networks work and you know the underlying architecture.
- have practical experience in using tracing equipment.
- have basic knowledge on apps and the underlying Android and iOS operating systems.
- are fluent in written and spoken English and good at Czech. German would be much appreciated.
