For our client, on of the world´s fastest growing software companies, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Technical Support of java-based ERP solution.
Your new role
On this position you will be solving all software issues related to the specific platform of ERP software adapted for business needs of customers. You will be responsible for daily support, system tracking and determination the nature of the customer´s issues including functional analysis, program analysis, testing and debugging if needed.
What you'll need to succeed
The suitable candidate for this role needs to have a previous experience in technical support, good understanding of ERP solutions and has an ability to understand the core problem and find the right solution to fulfil customer needs. Relevant education (Engineering, Business, Computer Science or Mathematics) is preferred. Highly professional IT skills and excellent English is needed.
