A world-wide known real-estate company is currently looking for the right candidate for a position of Investment&Transaction analyst.
Your new role
At this role you will be responsible for cooperation within team on analysis of investment and divestment cases, search and present investment opportunities. Also you will cooperate on due diligence. You will work on models and calculations in MS Excel. You will attend the meetings regarding acquisitions.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have university degree, minimum 2 years of experience at similar role (from consulting or internal real-estate company) and orientation in real-estate sector. Very good English is a must as well as good command of MS Excel. We are looking for communicative and representative person, who likes to multi-task.
