Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for customer support of CRM part of the big ERP system, you will response to incoming call and determine the nature of the customer´s issues. You will resolve most frequently asked questions via phone and e-mail and you will maintain accurate data.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has university degree in Technical or related field, experience in CRM/ERP is a big advantage. We are seeking for a customer focused person with excellent English and German or French! Very good PC and analytical skills are also required.
