Job description:
- Support in the day-to-day work of assigned managers
- Business administration and correspondence
- Monitoring, updating and booking assigned manager's agenda
- Communication with clients by phone or in person
- Preparation of business proposals
- Responsibility for internal databases
- Coordination with other departments of the Firm (Finance, HR, Audit, IT, etc.)
- Communication with other offices in the world
