Air-Import Specialist (freight forwarding)

Air-import agent for international company focused on freight forwarding, Prague.
Our client is an international company with specialisation freight forwarding on European market. For this company we are currently looking for an experienced Air import agent to handle the following responsibilities:
- complete handling of all air import shipments
- daily discussion with Agents, Airlines, Airport handling, Customs & customers
- internal cooperation and shipment planning with Sales, rates teams, customs clerks & road department regarding deliveries
- admin & accounting part, issuing jobs/invoices, control of incoming invoices/costs

For this position we require:
- High school/bachelors education preferably in transport or economical field
- Communicative knowledge of English language
- Work experience in air transport/logistics (import or export) is required
- Reliability, ability to work independently and under pressure
- Time flexibility, proactive approach
