Your new role
The role encompasses the standard duties of a Leasing Manager, which means the acquisition of new tenants, cooperation with third parties, negotiation and re-negotiation of Heads of Terms, securing and maintaining high level occupancy and participate in the property management as well. The client expects a senior and independent person willing to actively contribute to the company's enterprise through hard-work, market knowledge and pro-active attitude towards both tenants and the company itself. You will be given all necessary authority and competence but at the same time be expected to perform according to company's standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To earn yourself a place in the recruitment process, you should provide us with a tangible track record in successful leasing management on behalf of a developer, possibly an agent as well. Ideally, you should be acquainted with the industrial and office market, preferably of B class segment and leave the impression of a business and target driven person.
