DESIGN DEPARTMENT MANAGER
DRILL B.S. is looking for a Manager for clients Design Department with experience in the field of retail design projects.
You will be the direct point of contact and right hand of the creative directors and responsible for managing the design department on the day-to-day basis as well as the communication and alignment with other departments.
As design manager you are expected to use your skills in project management, strategic thinking and people managment to control the creative process, support the culture of creativity, and manage the structure and organization for the design department to ensure an efficient and effective process-flow and highest quality output.
Job requirements:
• You will be responsible for managing resources and processes in projects of the design department. You must have at least 3 years of experience.
• You should have design education or design background.
• Good people management skills in this position is a must.
• You will be working with our international team where the good knowledge of English is a must.
• You will be managing your people, organizing workshops and development programs to fulfill the performance which is required for the complexity of projects that our company deals with.
• You are flexible in time and skills.
