Your new role
As A2R Team Lead you will be responsible for improving processes and quality of services provided to clients as well as setting the department targets and achieving the goals. You will supervise and control direct financial reports as well as timely closing of financial period in accordance with SOX requirements and Internal Audit. You will also be in charge of the new business transaction, sharing the A2R knowledge within affiliates and be responsible for all the HR matters in the A2R team.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in similar position in accounting/finance department. He must be people oriented and patient as well as strong analytical and communication skills and to be able to solve and manage difficult situation using his own judgement.
