Responsibilities:
You will act as the vital link between a firm’s information technology capabilities and its business objectives and will contribute to the success and profitability of projects in most every industry. You will translate customer needs and business values into new products, services and profits and make it all happen more efficiently and effectively.
You will develop technical solutions to business problems; begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing them at the project level and communicate values and results to the project team and stakeholders.
You will assist with proposal and the business cases, planning projects and monitor them and handling the requirements which you will transform and use them to drive the design or review of test cases, process change request, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
We require:
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Knowledge of modelling techniques and methods
• Profession use of standard tools and notations (UML, BPMN etc.)
• Ability to business case development
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability of creative problem solving
• Motivation to learn new things
• Team spirit, team player
