end-to-end participation in the projects from initiation to planning, analysis and design, implementation, acceptance, rollout
operational analysis and design of ad hoc problems arising from application Hot line system
active participation in the development of new trends , EU exchange systems, cooperation with other E-Government and public services information systems
leading role in developing analytical specifications for further development

Skills/Experiences

university degree, preferably in finance, computer science or natural sciences (mathematics, physics, technology, economics)
experience in analysis and design of complex information systems serving multiple users application development experience (development/programming)
experience in areas such as public sector welcome
ability to comprehend complex Czech legislation and related documents
capability to analyze complex problems involving legislation, methodology and formulate innovative solution possibilities linked to existing systems
knowledge of some application development platform and practical considerations of implementing information systems
fluent English and fluent Czech/Slovak language
