A successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, setting targets for and evaluating results of his/her subordinates. He or she will also oversee processes such as allocation of payments, management of AR accounts, reporting, analyses of results, participation in difficult collections cases, and cooperate on process setting.
A suitable candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field of AR and/or financial controlling. Previous experience with leading a team is of great advantage. He or she should be analytical, independent, proactive, and have good leadership skills. Very good level of the English language and very good PC skills (especially MS Excel) are essential.
