PROACTIVE JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / FLUENT ENGLISH / PRAGUE
Our client, international retail chain is seeking a Junior Project manager with minimal 2 years experience from construction and development, as well as advanced knowledge of English and proactive personality with drive to join the team in Prague.
The main responsibilities will be:
coordination of construction projects (mainly reconstructions, extensions and new retail branches) communication and negotiation with suppliers
planning of projects from start to the hand over
budget and time schedule planning and control
reporting on progress of projects
execution of presentations to the board
attendance on control days and dealing with problems during construction
We require:
minimum of 2 years experience from construction industry
advanced knowledge of English
university degree from technical field
good presentational skills
proactive attitude and flexibility to travel
In regards to personality, suitable candidate should be highly motivated individual with proactive attitude and drive to learn in this field. He/ She should have good communication skills and be a strong problem solver.
