CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH DANISH / ZELU Praha

For our client, international company providing professional services to client from the whole Europe, we are looking for a suitable candidate for position of Customer Service Specialist with English and Danish for Prague office.
Responsibilities:
Your will be a first client contact point with responsibility for providing professional service to a group of client related to HR activities and enquiries. You will be in everyday contact with clients and processing their requests, you will be using various troubleshooting techniques to solve different issues and manage sensitive enquiries in cooperation with other teams.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have at least Secondary school education, very good level of English and Danish (for everyday communication with clients) and at least 1 year previous working experience in the field of customer service. We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate that is customer oriented, can communicate professionally and effectively with customers, is able to solve problems and work under pressure, is also able to process multitask activities and request and has good PC skills. Interest or experience in payroll would be an advantage but not a must. Candidates located in Prague with previous experience in Czech Republish are preferred.
