Our client, an international company focusing on real estate business, is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Property Accountant based in Prague.
Main responsibilities of a successful candidate will include: calculation reports on tenants' billings; expenses reports; joint documentation management; establishing the monthly costs of joint maintenance, annual budget; booking of receivable and payments control; issuing invoices for utilities, rent, service charge and management fee; vendors’ invoices evidence and control; describing invoices (accounts, codes); dealing with invoices issues; preparation and verification of Property Management monthly reports and year reconciliation; annual and quarterly reconciliations of service charges; and utility reconciliation. The Property Accountant may also participate in some international projects.
A suitable candidate will have at least 2 years of experience from a similar position and excellent analytical skills. Advanced level of the English language and proficiency in Excel are essential. We are looking for an independent, reliable and friendly candidate with the sense of responsibility.
