SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR CR
ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF A NEW BUSINESS LINE

We are looking for a senior professional to set up and grow property management department as a new business line of an already established international real estate firm active in Czech market for over 15 years.
The main duties will involve:
- Setting up and implement property management procedures and processes
- Selecting suppliers
- Creating and training up a team of Property Managers
- Setting budgets and business planning for the Property Management department in consultation with senior management
- Managing client contacts from an operational and strategic perspective
- Identifying potential new property management instructions and to actively assess ways in growing the business
- Winning new business for the department
- Managing Property Management Department: strategic, operational, personnel, project, finance and administration management
- Recruiting, developing and sustaining a high quality well motivated team
- Negotiating major vendor contracts for the properties out-sourced services
- Playing a central role in the hand-over of new developments from development staff to operations, including overseeing tenant fit-outs and preparation for grand openings
- Leading the delivery of the defined scope of work to clients
- Ensuring that clients expectations are met
- Ensuring that all contracts are professionally delivered
- Overseeing financial and operational targets are met for each property/portfolio
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Energy / Environmental legislation and any changes thereafter
- Preparing pitches and proposals in relation to winning new business for the Czech Property Management Department and assisting with regional pitches/presentations
- Representing Property Management Department to the Clients
- Representing the company during conferences and other external events
- Cooperation with other departments and employees; sharing knowledge and experience
- Managing internal relationships within the firm to ensure referrals to and from the Property Management department
We are looking for a senior Property/ Facility or Asset Manager with experience in corporate environment, good business acumen, excellent presentation as well as fluent Czech and English.
