We are looking for a strong candidate who will communicate resolution of significant IT problems (major incidents, global problems, and recurring incidents) at our client - a big international company on the field of retail business.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and improvement of problem management processes
Planning with shared services team (reducing repeated incidents)
Cooperation with other countries service managers to address any conflicts
Avoiding of service interruptions (minimizing financial harms)
Cooperating closely with other problem managers and being able to handover some of their activities or to pass others to them
Communicating with customers, ensuring all customer requirements treated well
Requirements:
Good orientation in IT on application and infrastructure level
Experience with problem and incident management
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
Fast decisions making and prioritising of tasks and incidents
Excellent analytic thinking, communication skills
Good planning and organising capability
Stress resistance
Adaptability to changes
Customer focused
