We are searching for experienced candidate for our international client and leader in FMCG. Our client specializes in food segment and owns many well known brands in international market. Location: Prague
Responsibilities:



Independently convert the agreed category marketing strategy into brand related activities
Develop consumer, competition & market insight via regular observation and analysis of the market and competitors, early recognition of changing market situations and recommendation of appropriate marketing action
Propose the budget and forecast for brand / all category brands in due time, based on the relevant documents:
Volume (market/brands) - sales forecast
Market shares - AC Nielsen
Advertising and promotion plan
Distribution
Market research
Changes, improvements on adaptations required on the product (recipe, quality, packaging, etc.)

Monitor project budget, timings and control project performance for brand / all category brands
Monitor profitability of brand / all category brands
Prepares market and price regular analyses
Manages 1 direct report
Apply company policies and procedures in brand / category brand management

Required Qualification&Experience:


University education (bachelor´s degree or equivalent), ideally with specialization in Marketing or Business Administration
Up-to-date knowledge of consumer products markets, including advertising, distribution channels and similar
Very good team player and open to cross department cooperation
Proactivity –contributes to detecting new opportunities, identify possible problems and propose solutions
Experience in preparation of activities in cooperation with agencies in order to understand and prioritize workload and tasks is advisable
Strong analytical (numerical) skills, ability to quickly assess and evaluate data from different sources
Good organization skills
Focus on results
Execution with excellence
Understanding of the media process and knowledge of Czech and Slovak media market
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent English
Minimum of 3years of relevant marketing experience is a must
Experience in a commercial function of a FMCG company is preferred
