Our important client, well-established dynamic company with international network of business partners is looking for new team member, who will be a part of Sales Department – SALES SUPPORT DEPT. MANAGER.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
People management of the department
Optimization of internal processes
Reporting of a utilization of companys resources and continuous of efficiency increase
Proces management
Order processing
Solution consultancy - product customization, solution architecture
Project management - international projects
Direct support for all Sales Reps. of the company
SUITABLE CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
University degree is preferred
At least 3 years in Management position
Practical experience with large IT/TELCO projects
Process knowledge of management
Creativity, independent thinking, team player with proactive attitude
Driving licence - active driver
Excellent English both written and spoken
