For our client,a large international company, we are currently looking for a suitable candidates for the role of HR Support Specialist – English and French.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work in helpdesk team. Among his responsibilities will belong the receiving the phone calls or emails from employees of client and HR workers, analyzing and qualifying the questions and update ticketing tool.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be English and French speaker with good communication and analytical skills. He/she should be team player. Previous experience in HR is advantage.
