For our client, the large international company, we are seeking the suitable candidates for a role of Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage multiple parallel initiatives and work independently to deliver project outcomes by monitoring schedule, resources, scope, and risk. The role is responsible for overseeing moderately complex projects and will be accountable for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle, managing expectations, and ensuring quality of the project, setting project task priorities, timelines, project-team staffing, assignments and budget. He/she will monitor performance on a regular basis and provide regular reports to key stakeholders. Working with process owners (local and above) to identify areas of improvement is also part of the role.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be proactive individual driven by goals and deadlines with problem solving and analytical skills, able to change direction and priorities if required. We also expect ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and knowledge of finance/ business processes. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and excellent written and spoken English is a must.
