For our client, an large international company, we are seeking suitable candidates for the role of HR Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide support to payroll team (Germany/France), manage employees payroll requests and assign employees requests to the right contact/channel. She/he will develop CRM (Siebel) competencies and support in-country team in CRM usage. Following up and ensuring answers are provided in a timely manner. In collaboration with in-country and delivery hub team, he/she will drive process improvement in order to reduce the turn around time and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Form successful candidate we expect the ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with clients/colleagues/suppliers at all levels. Organizational skills and effective communication oral and written are necessary. Person with orientation to details is a must. Customer oriented person with fluent English and French language is a must. The knowledge of SAP and Siebel is an advantage.
