Our client, a leading international company from BPO/SSC sector in Lodz, is currently looking for a suitable candidate for position of Credit Specialist with Slovak and English.
Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will be responsible for credit assessment for customers, active monitoring of aged receivables and customers’ queries resolution. Additionally, they will negotiate with customers on overdue payments and prepare provisions and write-offs for debts not possible to collect.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate for this vacancy has experience in credit controlling. Background in the area of accountancy or finance as well as fluent Slovak and good English is essential. We are looking for a person with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, communication skills, assertiveness and stress resistance. SAP knowledge would be an asset.
