A leading international property developer with focus on residential development is seeking to recruit an experienced professional to become a SENIOR ACQUISITION MANAGER for Prague and Central Bohemia.
Successful candidate will manage a small team.
You will be in charge of an active identifying of new investment opportunities for future developments (plots of land), defining acquisition strategy, feasibility study, contact with authorities, as well as leading negotiations with business partners. Cooperation with other professionals across the company will be a part of a successful completion of projects.
Frequent travelling is expected.
We are looking for a candidate with min. 3 years of experience in land/ development projects acquisitions, strong negotiations and presentation and fluent Czech and English.
